Julia M. Blocher is a Project Lead at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impacts Research (PIK). Her work explores social and political dimensions of climate-related population movements, for example, through the European Commission Horizon 2020-funded “HABITABLE” consortium. She is also President of the International Youth Federation (IYF), a global network of young people and youth empowerment organizations.
