James Mwololo

Scientist, International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics, Malawi

Dr James Mwololo is a scientist, based at the ICRISAT ESA Breeding Hub in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. He is currently leading the ICRISAT’s research on groundnut breeding, targeting ESA countries. Mwololo specialized in plant breeding in his PhD studies from Makerere University, Uganda, and MSc crop science and BSc Agriculture from the University of Nairobi. He is a member of the American Society of Crop Science.
