Fei Teng is an Associate Professor and Deputy Director of the Institute of Energy, Environment and Economy in Tsinghua University. He serves as a lead author of the IPCC's 5th and 6th assessment reports in Working Group III. He is the lead author of the second, third and fourth of China’s National Assessment Reports on Climate Change, as well as a member of the drafting team for several vital national documents, including the National Plan on Climate Change and White Paper on Climate Change.
