Head, Environmental Performance and Information Division Environment Directorate, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)
Nathalie Girouard has been the Head of Division for Environmental Performance and Information in the OECD Environment Directorate since 2015. She oversees the Environmental Performance Review programme, the development of work on environmental information and indicators and the OECD Fossil Fuel Support Intelligence Unit. In 2021, she was appointed Senior Manager for the International Programme for Action on Climate (IPAC). Between 2009 and 2014, Nathalie co-ordinated OECD work on green growth and sustainable development. Prior to these responsibilities, Nathalie was an Advisor to the OECD Secretary-General and an Economist in the OECD Economics Department. Nathalie holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Montreal. Before joining the OECD, she worked as a Policy Analyst at the Bank of Canada.
