Molly is a seasoned Climate Technology Specialist with over 5 years of experience in climate change adaptation and mitigation, climate finance, and environmental and social safeguards, particularly in developing nations. In her current role at the United Nations Climate Technology Centre and Network, she supports the design and implementation of technical assistance in developing countries as well as overseeing CTCN's work on Gender and Technology Needs Assessments. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Master's in Sustainable Environment and Energy Systems both from Middle East Technical University in Turkey.
