Michael Gerrard

Andrew Sabin Professor of Professional Practice, Columbia Law School

Michael Gerrard teaches environmental, energy, and climate change law at Columbia Law School, and founded and directs the Sabin Center for Climate Change Law. He formerly chaired the faculty of Columbia's Earth Institute. He practiced environmental law full-time in New York from 1979 through 2008. He is author or editor of 13 books on environmental law.
