Mauricio Voivodic

Executive Director, WWF-Brazil

Mauricio Voivodic has been Executive Director of WWF-Brazil since 2017. A forestry engineer from the University of São Paulo (USP) with a master’s in Environmental Sciences, he specialized in non-state governance and the institutional dynamics of voluntary certification systems. He built his career at the Institute for Agricultural and Forest Management and Certification (Imaflora), where he held several leadership roles. Voivodic has also served on the boards of ISEAL and the Sustainable Agriculture Network (SAN), on the Steering Committee of the Tropical Forest Alliance 2020, and as a fellow of the Climate Strategies Accelerator program.
