Deputy Executive Secretary & Head Member Services/ DRM, African Tax Administration Forum
Mary Baine is the Deputy Executive Secretary of the African Tax Administration Forum, an African inter-governmental organization leading tax administration reform. Ms Baine is also responsible for heading Member Services, focusing on providing ATAF member countries with technical assistance in both domestic and international taxes, capacity building through the ATAF Tax Academy, and tax policy and administration programs.
Prior to this, Ms Baine served as the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Co-operation of the Republic of Rwanda and as Commissioner-General of the Rwanda Revenue Authority.
