As Plan International’s first Chief Strategy and Engagement Officer, Kathleen drives the All Girls Standing Strong strategy, boosting impact and sustainability through partnerships, advocacy, and aligned digital, brand, and resource efforts. She leads initiatives like the Global Girls Foundation, supports projects such as EM2030 and the Adolescent Girls Investment Plan, and applies over 20 years of advocacy experience from roles at Women Deliver and Planned Parenthood. Guided by feminist leadership, Kathleen prioritizes power-sharing and co-creation with girls to deliver Plan’s global strategy by 2027.
