Vice-Rector for Academic Strategy and Internationalization at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM)
Julio Lumbreras Martín is Vice-Rector for Academic Strategy and Internationalization at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM). He is also Associate Professor at the School of Industrial Engineering (UPM) and serves as Spanish representative on the Task Force for Integrated Assessment Modeling within the UN Convention on Long-Range Transboundary Air Pollution (CLRTAP). He is also a visiting scholar with the Harvard T. Chan School of Public Health.
