Prof. Dr Grit Walther is a full professor and head of the chair of Operations Management at RWTH Aachen since 2012. The chair's research projects are carried out in interdisciplinary collaboration with research institutes from the engineering and natural sciences, as well as in cooperation with industrial companies and policymakers. Her research focuses on application-oriented, techno-economic modelling and evaluation of logistics and production systems as well as supply chains.
