Dr Gill Armstrong works in Climateworks’ Cities team, leading the research and policy programs to decarbonise Australia’s buildings sector. She leads the Renovation Pathways program, and collaborates with researchers to produce a Sustainable Temporary Adaptive Reuse (STAR) toolkit. Gill worked as a registered architect (UK), and is research-trained, earning her PhD in regulation of adaptive reuse of vacant office buildings in Australian CBDs.
