Etienne Berthet is a Ph.D. candidate at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), focusing on developing methodologies for assessing progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). His research covers a broad array of techniques, including the integration of Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) models, Multi-Regional Input-Output (MRIO) models, Life Cycle Impact Assessments (LCIA), and Machine Learning for constructing dynamic models of the SDGs. Before pursuing his Ph.D., he worked at PwC's Sustainability and Climate Change department in Berlin and Paris, where he developed a comprehensive model for quantifying and monetizing environmental and social impacts on a global scale.
